A short Introduction
My name is Sharona Werkhoven, I am 34 years old and have been happily working in childcare since I was sixteen. Over the years I have gained extensive experience with children from 0 to 12 years old in various types of care. For many years I worked with pleasure as a childminder in clients’ homes. I enjoyed this so much that since 2016 I have been running my own childminding service. In 2024 I also graduated as a Specialized Pedagogical Worker (in Dutch: Gespecialiseerd Pedagogisch Medewerker). This training has further deepened and strengthened my knowledge and skills.
This means I can identify any developmental delays in a timely manner, provide advice, and if necessary, draw up an action plan.
