Our son Coen attended Unic Kids from the very beginning until he started primary school. His younger brother Ruben also had a wonderful time at Unic Kids for almost two years. Sharona often takes the children on outings, and during the summer months they regularly visit the Don Bosco playground where they can play freely and have fun. As parents, we always found our communication with Sharona pleasant and reassuring. If we were not moving away, Ruben would have stayed at Unic Kids until his fourth birthday. Overall, we experienced a very pleasant and trustworthy period at Unic Kids.

Our son Finn attended Sharona’s childcare from infancy until the age of four. When he comes along to pick up his younger brother, who also attends Unic Kids, it still feels very familiar to him. Sharona often takes the children out. On Tuesdays they visit the market for a treat, and whenever the weather is good they enjoy playing at the playground. During Saint Nicholas celebrations the children can leave their shoes out for gifts, and whenever it’s a child’s birthday, Sharona always makes it a special occasion with a present. We are extremely satisfied with Sharona.

Our son and daughter always felt safe and comfortable with Sharona. There were always plenty of activities such as baking cookies and doing crafts. Sharona also enjoys taking the children on outings, whether to the playground near her home, the Don Bosco playground, for an ice cream at Nelis, swimming at the Gaasperplas, or playing at Ballorig. Special attention is given to Saint Nicholas celebrations. Sharona is always easy to reach by phone.

Ze speelden veel buiten en genoten van de ruimte en aandacht die Sharona hen gaf. Ze onderneemt leuke activiteiten met de kinderen, zoals samen naar de markt gaan, een uitje naar Monkey Town of naar Don Bosco. De meiden gingen altijd met een grote glimlach naar haar toe.

Ze moest de eerste weken even wennen, maar dat kwam mede door haar leeftijd en de frequentie. Sharona is heel ondernemend met de kindjes, ze gaan regelmatig op pad met de bakfiets bijv. naar Don Bosco, een speeltuin of de bibliotheek.
Vanwege een wisseling in BSO dagen van haar grote broer hebben we andere opvangdagen nodig en nemen we afscheid van Sharona.

Onze oudste dochter (toen 3 jaar) sprak bijna geen Nederlands toen zij bij Sharona terechtkwam. Sharona had er helemaal geen moeite mee om haar spelenderwijs Nederlands bij te brengen. Dat laat zien hoe goed ze individueel op de kinderen kan ingaan. Onze tweede dochter (toen 11 maanden) had moeite om haar eigen slaapritme te vinden. Sharona heeft haar (en ons!) hier enorm bij geholpen. Bovendien vonden wij het heel leuk hoe Sharona bij goed weer uitstapjes met de kinderen doet, zelfs naar het strandje, en vaak buiten luncht.
